All About Me
My name is Jessica Tukua. My passion lies in fostering the mind-body connection through yoga, breathwork, and nutrition. I pride myself on being warm, welcoming, and compassionate. I am excited to support you on your journey towards finding a harmonious balance between mind & body; a balance between your self-care and your busy work/sports-mom mode; a balance between the never ending mental to-do list and a calm mind.
I am a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with additional certifications specific to Children's Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Ayurvedic Nutrition. I am nearing the completion of my 300-hour YTT, Pranayama Breathwork Facilitator and pursuing my studies to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
