As parents, caregivers, and educators, we are always looking for ways to support and empower children in their emotional development. One powerful tool that is gaining popularity is compassionate yoga and emotional regulation techniques. Mind Body Wellness offers children's yoga classes geared towards empowering kids through compassionate yoga and emotional regulation techniques. "YogaKids" is carefully designed to be inclusive and trauma-informed, creating a safe and nurturing space for children to explore their bodies and emotions. Through personalized sessions, children are guided to connect with their breath, move mindfully, and develop tools to regulate their emotions in a healthy way. Offerings include traveling to childcare facilities for group classes or personalized 1:1 or private small group sessions.


In addition to YogaKids, MB Wellness also provides classes for parents & children together. By incorporating principles of compassionate communication, mindfulness, and emotional regulation into our interactions with children, we are creating a supportive environment where children feel seen, heard, and valued. Spending time with your children engaging in yoga & mindfulness practices can foster a deeper level of trust and strengthen your bond during the shared experience.

We've absolutely fallen in love with Jessica's Yoga class! She creates such a relaxed and fun atmosphere while still teaching the kids so much. It's amazing to see how they've incorporated her lessons into their daily lives, from staying calm to stretching and breathing techniques. One of my little ones was so excited, he even showed his parents everything he learned! We can't wait for Jessica's class each week – it's a highlight for all of us. 😊
